Cairns is a tropical laid-back city in Far North Queensland considered the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef; the world’s most beautiful and largest coral reef. The city is home to Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, and the picturesque mountain retreat of Kuranda Village, while a little further northwest of the city is Daintree National Park spanning mountainous rainforest, gorges and beaches.
Day 1: Cairns

Set sail aboard a luxury 105-foot sailing
catamaran, Ocean Spirit to pristine Michaelmas Cay in the Great Barrier Reef - a low-lying vegetated sand cay encircled by a spectacular f ringing reef, Michaelmas Cay is a National Park and a protected sanctuary for migra- tory seabirds. Be active and enjoy all the included activities. Snorkel f rom the cay’s shallow waters and cruise in the semi-submersible for a diver’s view. Homeward-bound enjoy a glass of sparkling wine. Day 3: Cairns (Kuranda)
Experience the contrast of the region’s
oldest railway and the world’s most beautiful Cableway, knowing that we have taken care of all the details with our Kuranda Boarding Pass. Tjapukai is our first stop this morning and includes lunch. Then board Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for your journey over and through World Heritage protected rainforest, before some f ree time in Kuranda. Avoid the ticketing lines before boarding the famous Kuranda Scenic Rail, our Kuranda Boarding Pass ensures you will have
