Most people can start things - success comes from being able
to keep going - especially when things get hard and you stop.
And they do when you try out new things. I had to get
comfortable with being uncomfortable - challenge the excuses
- and learn to always get back on the bike!.
The successful journey is as much about what you do when you
fall off the bike to make sure you get back on - as it is about
progression and wins! Because the two go together. It is all
about experimenting and playing games - when things go
wrong just get the flashlight out, be curious, have a growth
mindset and learn. I pushed myself to deliver on my
commitments..
HEROIC - both in the App and the 300 day COACH Program
focus on repetition and reinforcement. Offering 'That is like me'
and other mind games that help you stay on the bike , get back
on and keep going. They go all in on measuring progress and
celebrating the wins - as fuel to keep going and keep on track.

I embrace reality and am not seeking perfection - I do not care
when I get back on - just that I do - whatever it takes to make
that happen.
