2. Weekly 7-30-90 Plan
→ 7 Days: What must move forward this week? What money will come in? Where is
momentum blocked?
→ 30 Days: What projects are closing/opening? What cash, content, or campaign
cycles are in play?
→ 90 Days: What are the priority focuses that, if dialed in, make everything else easier?
The goal here isn’t to plan perfectly.
The goal is to stay in movement with what’s actually happening—in your business and
in the world.
3. The “Anxieties List”
This is one of the most important things you’ll ever do.
Every few days, or whenever you feel overwhelmed…
Make a list of everything you’re anxious about.
Not your to-do list.
Your emotional noise list.
Write every fear, every trigger, every weird feeling you can’t name yet.
Once it’s all out of your head?
Ask:
- Is this real or a projection?
- What action can I take to resolve this?
- What belief is driving this fear?
- What needs to be seen, not solved?
This is how you stop spinning.
