3 x 100 DAY SPRINTS A YEAR TO GET STUFF DONE
getting the most from your year, sprint, week and day. A useful and fun way
to focus, plan, capture, track, reflect and learn.
‘Yes I Can’ Sprint Journals
This is a great tool to build a powerful daily journaling habit.
I created the original Sprint Journal in 2013 for myself and a friend. Since then it
has evolved with a clear framework that encompasses planning, goal setting, habit
tracking, priorities, action steps, a daily freeform writing habit plus reflection time
and reviews. I did not want a notebook with blank pages as I did not think I would
be motivated to do it daily. The design needed to encourage me to do that. I
wanted a simple process to notice more things. get stuff done and write about my
JOURNALING thoughts and feelings. The headings act as prompts with my headline for the day,
daily gratitude, successes and opportunities for kindness. I can also track my
mood, energy, daily steps, water intake, meditation time and exercise time plus
FRAMEWORK other key habits. I can identify the days priorities and how to chunk my time
effectively. Then I can just write. The biggest enhancement came with the weekly
reviews and 6 weekly BIG reflections. It changed the way I learn.

The Journals come in two styles a more feminine ‘bright and very bold’ and a more
masculine ‘sober yet still colorful’ version. There are three dated versions each year
and an undated version for you to do your own thing. We recommend you start
your journaling learning journey with a dated version. There is also a one month
undated planner available for you to trial this approach to journaling. Once you
have established this habit - as a next step you can also learn how to design and
print your own bespoke version as part of our Design Your Life Course.
