What is Hikmaty Sprint Journaling?
100 DAY The power of 100 days to build momentum
SPRINTS The sprint is designed to build momentum 3 x 100 DAY SPRINTS
throughout the year and give you downtime
to stop, reflect and assess where you are. plus Learning Time
Three focused bursts of activity where the
clock is counting down. It also works really
well with Gary Ryan Blairs 100 Day
Challenge. We could do quarters or months
but we prefer 3 x 100 day Sprints each year
- one in each Phase of 17 to 18 weeks. You P1 2022 Week
have to complete your 100 days in that time
frame – preferably in one block. 1 -18
You then get a couple of weeks extra in each phase to focus more on reflection and
planning with less emphasis on action. Time to relax, think, review, reflect, learn, modify,
plan, set goals and develop new battle boards. Plus you can update your habits that you
want to track for the next phase. The aim is a structure that gives you bursts of focused P2 2022 Week
activity to build momentum and deliver the life you designed whilst maintaining a year 19 - 35
round journaling habit.
