At Warwickers we strongly believe in businesses encouraging
employees to focus on self directed learning and own their careers.
The business does provide some resources but it is the Individuals
who take responsibility for their own success - Me Inc. In a 21st
Century context there are no guarantees so individuals need to be
adaptable and build a 21C Skillset. This may partly reflect their
current circumstances and work but it will also require some
learning adventures. With this comes a mindset shift that benefits
the business and the individual.
