PAUSE
Sometimes pressing the pause button is the right thing to do
and yet it can be so hard to achieve. The pace and task focus in
most businesses means it goes against the grain to stop. Yet
productivity can be enhanced greatly when pauses are built into
plans – giving time to reflect, think, learn, regroup, build,
refresh and so much more. No pauses built in – are you brave
enough to push for ‘PAUSE’.
