Gene Ferraro, CPP, CFE, PCI, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has been involved
in the study of organizational culture, governance and compliance
for over 35 years. He is the author of over 20 books and frequently
speaks and trains on the topics of complex workplace investigations,
culture management, and unlawful and unethical behavior. He is
board certified in both Security Management and Human Resources
Management and is a member of the PPIAC, NCISS, and ASIS. He is
an outdoorsman, fly fisherman, extreme hiker and he and his wife
