                      Moderator: Christopher Bellone, MBA
                      Manager Hospital Partnerships, RUSM

                       Christopher Bellone is the Manager of Hospital Partnerships at RUSM, where he has served for more than 13 years. He began
                       his tenure as a Clinical Advisor and has played a key role in advancing student success and strengthening institutional
                       partnerships. In his current role, Chris oversees strategic relationships with hospital affiliates, supporting high-quality clinical
                       education experiences and effective collaboration between academic and clinical partners. He is known for his operational
                       expertise, reliability, and strong commitment to service excellence.

                       Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Events Management from Johnson & Wales University and an MBA in Health Services
                       from Keller Graduate School of Management. Originally from New England, he later spent much of his career in Florida before
                       relocating to the Charlotte, North Carolina area.


                      Monika Shenouda, MD
                      Core Faculty, Family Medicine, CHMC

                       Dr. Monika Shenouda is a proud graduate of Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine
                       Residency at California Hospital Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program, where she served as Chief Resident.
                       She now serves as core faculty in full-spectrum family medicine practice, with a strong commitment to caring for medically
                       underserved communities. Her professional interests include preventive care, office procedures, medical education,
                       workshops, teaching, and research.
                         Passionate about advancing health equity and improving access to care, Dr. Shenouda is dedicated to building meaningful
                       relationships with the communities she serves. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, exploring new foods and cultures,
                       and spending time with family and friends.



                      Sarah Haroutunian, MD
                      Family Medicine Resident, CHMC

                       Dr. Sara Haroutunian is a proud graduate of Ross University School of Medicine from San Fernando Valley, California, with a
                       strong passion for family medicine, preventive care, and community health. With a background in biochemistry, metabolic
                       syndrome research, and postbaccalaureate training at the National Institutes of Health, she developed a deep interest in
                       chronic disease, diagnostics, and patient advocacy.

                       Dr. Haroutunian is committed to providing compassionate, continuous care, promoting preventive medicine, and building
                       lifelong relationships with the communities she serves. Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, yoga, visiting the batting
                       cages, and spending time with family and friends.



                      Sheliza Kabani, MD
                      General Surgeon and Surgical Critical Care Intensivist, Northridge Hospital Medical Center

                       Dr. Sheliza Kabani is a double board-certified trauma surgeon, general surgeon and surgical critical care intensivist currently
                       practicing at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. She has a passion for patient-centered care, surgical education, and
                       healthcare communication. Her professional interests include acute care surgery, minimally invasive surgery, critical care,
                       and public health education. Known for combining clinical expertise with compassion, she is dedicated to making complex
                       medical topics more understandable and approachable for patients and the public alike. She is especially focused on
                       improving health literacy and helping patients feel informed, empowered, and cared for throughout their medical journey.
