We know that most of our members are not guilty of the above conduct and unethical behaviour, however, we have to make you aware of the fact that it is happening and it is not the spirit of UBUNTU on which CBI was founded.
We believe that the person who has introduced you to this great opportunity, spending time in helping you creating your own wealth and security and shared all the knowledge and skill acquired over a period of time in order to make YOU a champion, is worth every single cent of the commission he/she is rightfully entitled to. In light of the above we have stopped
the facility whereby any member can move someone in his downline around as it affects many people in YOUR upline who, with much effort, assisted you in some form or the other. This means you have to make sure where you place someone right from the beginning as NOBODY will be able to move any person around, no matter who that person is.
It is your responsibility right from the beginning to help your downlines to make the right choices. We are not any binary or pyramid scheme and have no weaker or stronger leg that demands to have certain people in a specific part of your downline. However, we believe in our people who continue to make the necessary sacrifices in building the Association and therefore will always support
them. It is also not a good thing to sign up someone who is already a CBI member. We are not going to change what has happened until now regarding the above, however the future participation in these kind of activities must be rejected.
On the other hand, if you sign up someone in your family, train that person to sign up his/her partner, child and other family members. It is so cheap and low to try and sign them all up for yourself. They will one day learn that you signed them up for your commission, instead of truly giving them a helping hand because you care.
We are free because of what we received. Let us share our freedom with those who need it as well, and grant those who make the effort in sharing what they have, the opportunity to do so without denying them that privilege through the desire to build your own “empire”. Let us share the spirit of UBUNTU and allow others to grow and also make a difference.
Let us acknowledge and honour those who introduced us to have their rightful and proper share for granting us an opportunity!
Yes, we do understand that mistakes happen. If such a case arises, members will be given a 24-hour time frame to communicate such a mistake, with motivation, and we will endeavour to rectify such misplacements.
