Agenda 5: Appointment of Election Steering Committee
The following were appointed:
Chairperson: Dr. Woraphat Phucharoen
Members: Ven. Wei-jing, Mr. Cedric Tan

President, Mr. Denphong, then dissolved the current EXBO term 2016-2018.
The Election Steering Committee met and rolled out the following election
Schedule:
Nomination period 3:00 - 4:00 pm.
Nominees withdrawal period from 4:00 to 4:30 pm.
Announcement and display of nominees from 4:30 pm. onwards
Election period 5:00 - 6:00 pm.

Agenda 6: Election of EXBO for the term 2018-2020
The following were nominated for the positions contested and won unopposed
at the close of withdrawal period:
