Section 2 Proposed amendments to the Constitution shall be adopted by a
two- thirds -1(2/3) vote of the total voting countries present at the
General Conference of WFBY.

Section 3 Any disputes, misunderstanding and/or grievances between
members of WFBY shall be referred directly to the WFB Executive
Committee.
