Section 8 FINANCE
• To be chaired by the Treasurer and having four others as members.
• To plan and implement programs/activities to raise fund for WFBY.
• To monitor and collect membership fees from all Regional Centers.

Section 9 REGULATORY AFFAIRS

• To be chaired by the Deputy President and all Vice Presidents and
Secretary General as members.
• To review the Constitution whenever necessary for the considerations
of the General Conference.
• To review all new applications for membership of the organization.

Section 10 HUMANITARIAN AFFAIRS
• To be chaired by the Vice President and having at least four others as
members.
• To initiate and coordinate international efforts to assist victims of
major natural and manmade disasters in alleviating their loss and
sufferings.
• To initiate post disaster recovery program in major disasters areas.

Section 11 ENVIRONMENT
• To be chaired by the Vice President and having at least four others as
members.
• To initiate and coordinate programs on environmental issues.
• To promote youth participation in environmental conservation
programs.

Section 12 SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

• To be chaired by a Vice President and having at least four others
as members.
• To conduct business start-up programs and management for
Buddhist youths.
• To promote right livelihood enterprise to fund Buddhist activities
and events of WFBY.
