                                                                          Being away from your family and friends and localised






                                                                          lock down restrictions may cause fatigue, depression and





                                                                          a feeling of isolation.









                                                                           ● Limit the amount of time you read material, listen to





                                                                                    news reports that are likely to cause fear and anxiety.







                                                                           ● Stay in touch with people, by phone, social media,





                                                                                    email etc. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!






                                                                           ● Where allowed, exercise whilst maintaining social






                                                                                    distancing and wear a face mask.  This can also be done





                                                                                    at home too.






                                                                           ● Avoid alcohol as it can trigger depression.
