PERMITS-TO-WORK
SPECIALIST TECHNICAL SERVICES
● Required for ALL high risk work activities including, but not limited to:
● Hot Works, Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, Special Access, Work on
Electrical Systems, Work on Live Electrical Systems, Special Condition
Permit, AUTHORISED AND APPROVED BEFORE COMMENCING WORK.
● Issued on a shift by shift basis.
● Permits are only valid for the duration of the shift.
● Permits will be Issued on condition that SPA’s are completed and are
attached.
● The posted permit must be returned and signed at the end of each shift.
● The sign off of a permit is a Statement by the Authorised Person that the
place of work has been left in a safe and clean state.
