SPECIALIST TECHNICAL SERVICES
What happened: Too many people have the attitude that Health
and Safety is common sense. This guy and his workmates did not
use theirs. These are concrete burns caused by standing up to his
waist for 8 hours. Someone should have told him his mistake.
Result: After three days his right leg had to be amputated above his
knee. Don’t take things for granted, if you see someone or
something unsafe, speak out and be heard.
