FEES, DISCOUNTS, REGISTRATION AND HOTEL INFORMATION




        CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:
        $100  for  members  and  $125  for  non-members  through  Wednesday,  December  31,  2014.  After
        Wednesday, December 31, 2014 — $110 for members and $135 for non-members. Registration fee
        includes continental breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and conference materials. Seating is limited
        due to room capacity. Register early to ensure availability.

        JOINT CONFERENCE DISCOUNT FOR VENDOR-BUYER AND WINTER CONFERENCE:

        The  Vendor-Buyer  Conference  and  the  Winter  Conference  on  Audit  and  Compliance  are  being
        offered back to back at the same location. The Vendor/Buyer Conference is Tuesday, January 27,
        2015 and the Winter Conference is Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Both are to be held at the We-Ko-
        Pa Resort and Conference Center in Fort McDowell, AZ. AASBO would like to offer a 5% discount
        on each registration to those who register for both events.


        REGISTRATION:
        Registration is available online both to members and non-members at www.aasbo.org


        Non-members: If you would like to attend this conference, have never attended an AASBO event,
        and do not wish to become an active member, please go to www.aasbo.org and click on the “Join
        Now” link at the top. Then, select the “Non-Member” option. This will take you through the steps to
        register with our website. This will enable you to register for any event we have, but will not give
        you access to the members only pages. Once you have registered with our website, please log-in
        and follow the steps below in the “Members” instructions.

        Members:  Go  to  www.aasbo.org  and  log-in.  For  login  and  password  assistance,  please  call  the
        AASBO office at 602-253-5576 or e-mail danderson@aasbo.org. Click on the “Calendar of Events”
        icon. The conference will be listed on this calendar, in chronological order.

        CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

        Cancellations  will  be  accepted  up  to  Wednesday,  January  14,  2015  with  refunds  being  issued
        minus a $25 processing fee. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL TO: danderson@
        aasbo.org or asanchez@aasbo.org OR FAXED TO 602-253-5764. NO SHOWS will be charged the
        full conference registration fee. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.







        HOTEL INFORMATION:
        AASBO  has  arranged  for  a  special  rate  of  $164.50/  night  at  the  We-Ko-Pa  Resort  on
        Monday,  January  26,  and  Tuesday,  January  27,  2015  For  reservations  please  call  the
        hotel  directly  at  480/789-5300.  Mention  the  full  name  of  “Arizona  Association  of  School
        Business  Officials”  and  they  will  honor  your  discounted  room  rate.  Rooms  may  also  be
        available for the period of three days prior and three days post conference. Subject to availability. If
        available,  the  hotel  will  honor  the  discount  pricing  for  this  duration.  Hotel  cancellation  policy
        applies to all room reservations.
