body works + core

Join me for a total body workout that will leave you
ready to take on your day with energy and positive
attitude! Body Works + Core is a muscle endurance
class that will keep your heart rate elevated and calo-
ries burning. You will use bands and your own body
for resistance training exercises set to current hit
music. Plan on targeting all major muscle groups in-
cluding core stability, balance and strength. Be pre- aasbo exposition
pared to have some fun! 8:00 am - 11:00 am

One of the highlights of the 66th Annual
Summer Conference and Exposition is the
opportunity for conference attendees to
visit and learn from more than 200 exhibits
displaying products and services, including
the latest in technological advances available
for public schools. This is an excellent time
for you to evaluate and compare as well as to
speak to the vendors themselves. There will be
door prize drawings throughout the time the
exhibition is open. Admission is by conference
badge.
