Total compensation statements are all the buzz in the payroll and human resources world of school
districts with new legislation requiring Districts to furnish these statements annually to their em-
ployees. With all the discussion about total compensation statements, it seems many of us have
more questions than answers. This session will break it down and get you some answers.

106: Collect, Analyze and Grow Through the Use of Formative Assessments and Powerful Reports
In this session, participants will learn how users can leverage premade benchmark assessments,
item bank library and progress monitors to formatively assess students directly from an assess-
ments platform to measure students’ progress towards meeting Arizona state standards and end
of year expectations. Demonstrating how a reporting platform and dashboard reports will allow
teachers, coaches and administrators to quickly identify gaps in student achievement and to mea-
sure performance between assessments.

This session will provide information regarding Electric Powered Vehicles and the various aspects
of implementing them in your fleet. This session will look at the challenges for implementing them
in both your white fleet and school buses. While there is still a lot to be learned, this session will
begin a conversation to help directors and managers to begin forming an opinion around the sub-
ject of implementing an electric powered fleet. Eric has begun the implantation of an electric fleet
in his school district and can offer his experiences to help you decide if this is direction is right for
you.
