Overcome the Inundated. Buried. Overloaded. Overwhelmed. Riding the
Overwhelm: struggle bus. If any of these describe you and you are feeling
Success Strategies to like to-do lists aren’t getting shorter and demands on your time
only seem to be increasing, this session is for you. One of the
Help You Get Off the most popular ways to describe the last few years is “dumpster
Struggle Bus and Douse fire”. Rising levels of uncertainty, pandemic fatigue, stress at
the Dumpster Fires home and in the workplace… it’s been a lot. And there’s more
to come! This rapid-fire session is designed to give you a bit of a
break and a whole lot of strategies for navigating the challenges
of low-level stress and high levels of uncertainty. Geared to-
wards high achievers looking for easy-to-implement strategies
to level-up your life (at work and outside of it!), we’ll learn and
actively apply physiological-based tactics to manage stress, ex-
plore how to prevent energy leaks and optimize productivity
without sacrificing your own well-being, and create plans for
leveraging self-sustenance practices and principles to benefit
our work days. Get ready to engage and interact – it will make
you think as much as it will make you laugh.
