          This is also the time when school business
          officials have the challenge of “working out of
          three different fiscal years” - finalizing the audits
          from the prior year, operating in the current fiscal
          year, and starting the planning for the upcoming
          year.  And then, before we know it the holidays
          will be upon us—a time to recharge and celebrate
          accomplishments, both professional and personal.
