Registration Instructions

How to Register
Registration is available online, both to members and non-members, at www.aasbo.org. Please log in to your AASBO account. If you have ever
attended an AASBO event, you do have an account. Please DO NOT create another account. Your AASBO staff can assist in
recovering the information you will need to enable registration.
Please note, each registrant must register using their own User ID and Password. Please DO NOT attempt to register an
individual using the log in inofrmation of another.

Members
Please log in to your AASBO account. Please note, each registrant must register using their own User ID and Password. Once logged in,
visit either the “View All Events” link just below the online calendar, or visit “My Profile” to view the full calendar and details of your indi-
vidual registrations. Desired break-out sessions must be selected at the time of registration. If you do not know your Password, the site
enables a password refresh which should expedite the process in most situations. Should this not be effective, or if you need assitance
with the User ID, please phone the AASBO office at (602) 253-5576.

Non-members
After selecting “Join Now” you will be prompted to enter your personal contact information. You may select the “Non-Member” option if you wish
to attend this conference without becoming an AASBO member. This will take you through the steps to register with our web site. This will
enable you to register for any event we have, but will not give you access to the members only pages. Once you have registered with our
web site, please log-in and follow the steps below in the “Members” instructions to complete your registration for this event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to five (5) business days prior to the day of the conference. Refunds are issued minus
a $25 processing fee. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL TO: danderson@aasbo.org or asanchez@
aasbo.org NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS.

Hotel Lodging
AASBO will make your hotel reservation as part of your registration fee. A standard room will be booked in your
name and specifications will be handled at the Aquarius Front Desk when you arrive. You will be asked for a credit
card upon arrival for all additional room fees. Please note all rooms are standard. Room upgrades will be at
your own expense and handled at the front desk at time of check-in. ($10/person fee applies to rooms
with more than 2 guests)

Registration must be completed and check payment must be received by the AASBO office to qualify for the
early bird rate. Purchase Orders are not considered a form of payment. Registration with payment must
be received or postmarked by March 20, 2015. Late registration fees apply after March 20, 2015.
