Join Town Hall Meeting, Make Your Points Shine!

In year 2017, Arkema Greater China will hold 3 sessions of Town Hall Meeting in Suzhou, Guangzhou and Shanghai.

On Jan. 13 , Suzhou Area session was held successfully in Changshu International Hotel. Around 300 employees
from Changshu platform, Bostik Changshu and Arkema Suzhou Ployamides joined the meeting and interacted with the
managements actively. Mr. Xavier DURAND-DELACRE, Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and President of Greater
China, delivered a speech in the meeting. He emphasized the highlights of year 2016 both in group and China, and
announced group objectives and China priorities of year 2017, demonstrating an ambitious Arkema Asia roadmap. Mr.
Pascal PERRIN from Changshu platform, Mr. Andy ZHANG from Suzhou Polyamides and Mr. Jialiang WANG from Bostik
Changshu, shared manufacturing stories including safety, Green Belt project, and quality culture – 6 Box.

On Mar. 28 , around 200 employees from Sartomer, Bostik and ACI joined Guangzhou Session. After Mr. President's
presentation, Greater China HR Director Alan TAN delivered a presentation named ‘Together, We are Stronger’. Sartomer
Asia Pacific Technical Director Dr. FAN and Bostik Guangzhou Site Manager Jina WU from Bostik introduced Sartomer
Guangzhou and Bostik Guangzhou separately.

Employees raised many questions in the two meetings. Whether it's related to company strategy or personal life, the
management all answered earnestly. Company also took this chance to refresh 4 Values to the employees. Combined with
interaction game, the promotion was quite impressive and enhanced employee cohesion.
