Examples save resources and aid efficiency
SOMEONE PAID THE PRICE
The one who sets an example almost always did it at a cost. We who imitate are saved that cost while we are put within easier reach of the benefits.
WE CAN DO IT BETTER
Because we have the privilege of the example set by others, we are empowered to concentrate on the possibility of improvement. Examples therefore promote efficiency as they expose aspects that could be done better.
