               Exam Day Strategies

Success on test day depends on careful preparation and execution. A structured approach to
exam day minimizes stress and maximizes performance. Below are detailed strategies to ensure a
               smooth experience:

               Day Before the Exam

                   • Review Summary Notes: Instead of cramming, focus on key concepts, formulas, and
important takeaways from your study sessions.
                   • Prepare Necessary Materials:
o Ensure you have your valid identification and exam admission ticket.
o Pack permitted items such as water, a light snack, and any allowed stationery or
                              reference materials.
o Choose comfortable clothing to maintain focus during the test.
                   • Get Organized:
o Set multiple alarms to wake up on time.
o Plan your transportation route and estimate travel time to avoid delays.
                   • Relax and Unwind:
o Avoid studying excessively the night before; instead, engage in a calming activity
such as reading or light exercise.
o Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep to ensure optimal cognitive function on test day.

               Morning of the Exam

                   • Eat a Nutritious Breakfast:
o Consume a meal rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fats to sustain energy levels.
o Avoid heavy, greasy, or sugary foods that may cause sluggishness or energy
                              crashes.
                   • Stay Hydrated:
o Drink enough water but avoid excessive intake to prevent frequent restroom trips
                              during the exam.
                   • Arrive Early:
o Plan to arrive at the test center at least 30-45 minutes early to allow time for
                              check-in and settling in.
o Being early reduces stress and helps you acclimate to the exam environment.
