      Nothing beats the summertime heat like
                                                  Ingredients:
      a cold drink. In line with Chef Ramos and
                                                  1 bottle of Garnacha (Pinot Noir will work as well)
      his Spanish inspired recipe, I recommend
                                                  1 large orange
      another Spanish treasure:  Sangria.         1 lemon
                                                  1 green apple

                                                  ½ cup of brandy
      Though no longer popular in its country
                                                  Maple syrup to taste (1 to 2 tablespoons)
      of origin, Sangria is a perfect remedy to
                                                  Ice for serving

      summertime woes. Fruity and refreshing,
                                                  Instructions:
      it’s one of the easiest batch drinks to
                                                  1.   Pour the bottle of wine into a pitcher
      make. It can be mixed the night before
                                                  2.   Squeeze half of the orange into the wine
                                                  3.   Dice the other half the orange, the lemon, and

      You can change the wine to crisp white
      or add some seasonal fruit to change up
      the flavors. Feel free to substitute any
      part of the recipe to make it your own.
