Club Closure

Monday, February 21st - Tuesday, February 22nd

Dear Members,

In November, our club suffered a failure to the transformers that
supply the power to the club. We had temporary lines installed until

the permanent lines were available to be supplied and shipped. I

am sure we are all aware of the supply chain issues the world is
facing right now. You may have noticed over the last couple of days

work being done in the area around the transformers. That work

has been to prep the area and get it ready to remove the temporary
lines so the permanent lines can be installed.

We understand that there have been quite a few closures to the
club facility during 2020 and 2021. The company performing the

removal of the temporary lines and installation of the permanent

lines will need to shut down the power to the club facilities. They
will need two full days to complete this change and I have

communicated that the start of this work will need to talk place on
Monday, February 21st and be completed on Tuesday, February

22nd to ensure minimal interruption to our membership and the

activities at the club.
The Board has approved this closure which will begin Monday,

February 21st and end the evening of Tuesday, February 22nd. We

will reopen on Wednesday, February 23rd with normal hours. I want
