for the Clubhouse

We have received the Conceptual Renderings from John Cochran
and his team. We would like to stress that these renderings are just a

concept of four different areas of the Club and how they could look.
The House Sub-Committee will be working under the supervision of

the Board and will continue to build a Final Plan for the
membership’s approval.

We have also received the Schematic Floor Plan for the Clubhouse.

This provides us with an idea of how the Clubhouse could flow. It is
a starting point and will need to go through several additional
renditions prior to getting approval from membership. The House

Sub-Committee will be expanding their numbers to ensure every
angle is being reviewed.

The Board understands how important it is to ensure this plan is
shared before making anything final. We continue to go through the

process of having the House Sub-Committee work on providing a
more final plan to the Board. Once it has been approved from that

standpoint, the Board will share this plan with the membership to
get feedback. Once it has gone through those steps, the Board will

send your feedback to the House Sub-Committee and they will
consider all feedback before providing a final plan to the Board for

approval.
