CCCC Tennis Facility Upgrade Project 2022 Update

As good as the rain is for the golf course project, it is presenting a few challenges to the tennis project.

The overlay process was almost complete before the rains arrived. There is a part of courts 9 and 10 that still

needs to be overlayed. Presently we have the area covered so that it can dry out and the asphalt crew can return
to finish the job. It should take the crew one day to complete the job and fingers crossed, this will take place

        early next week.

Bolt Energy Group arrived on Tuesday to begin the LED lighting project. They have removed most of the old light
fixtures and have started replacing them with new LED fixtures. The tennis facility will be without lights for the
next couple of days so all lessons and match play will end at sundown.

                                                             12
South Texas Canvas company has just dropped off all the poles for the awnings. They will begin cutting the new

asphalt and cementing the awning structures next Monday. They will do three courts at a time with courts 4-5-6
        to be done first.

S&J Fencing is scheduled to begin the fence installation on Monday, September 12th. Premier Courts is also

scheduled to start the resurfacing of courts 4-5-6 on Monday, September 12th.

If you have any questions concerning the project, court reservations, or lessons please call me at the tennis shop
at (361) 991-7561 or on my cell (361) 815-5979. I would love to hear from you.

        Thank you for your patience,
