David
David Berlanga co-founded T-Cot, Inc. in 1992, a State Tax Consulting firm. He
recently retired in August 2020 after 28 years as company President. He
previously worked for the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for 13
years. pp. 03/33
Mr. Berlanga has been an Active Shareholder of the Corpus Christi Country
Club (CCCC) since 1999. David is a native of Corpus Christi and a 1978
graduate of Corpus Christi State University, now Texas A&M University Corpus
Christi. He is married to his wife, Elizabeth, for 42 years. He has three sons
and three grandchildren.
He is an avid golfer, driving range enthusiast and has been active in various
community Boards and Commissions.
As a CCCC Board Member, David is committed to working with the other Board
Members to make your club experience even better in all areas of the Club. He
will work to ensure that sound financial decisions are made for the
betterment of the Club and to attract new families who want to join the CCCC.
