Diane

Diane DeCou, CPA, graduated from Williams College with a Political Economy

degree and has an MBA from New York University. She spent 12 years in

public accounting before joining Whataburger, where she had numerous roles

in accounting and IT. When Whataburger moved to San Antonio, she made the

decision to stay in Corpus Christi and ended up working for Bay, Ltd., where pp. 04/33

she eventually became CFO. In December 2021, she decided to retire and

focus on the DeCou family business.

Diane has been eating dinner and swimming in the pool at the Club since the

third grade. She became a member herself almost 12 years ago so that her

children, Ian and Noelle, could enjoy all of the great activities our Club has to

offer. Diane has a long history of volunteering in our community. She would

bring a lot of financial and technical expertise to the Board. As a CCCC Board

member, Diane would be a good steward of the Club's assets. She believes the

Club is an integral part of our community and we should work to grow it

wisely.
