                                                      Yields 1 Pint





          I use this for all sorts of applications but it’s widely used for tacos. Use it

            as a sauce for grilled shrimp, in a sandwich, a ceviche or even a dipping
                                             sauce for fried seafood!





                             Ingredients                                                How to


                   -1 avocado, peeled & seeded                                    Puree all ingredients
                         -1 cup sour cream                                       until smooth and silky.

                       -1/2 cup mayonnaise                                      store in the refrigerator

                          -juice of one lime                                        for up to two days.
                -1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped

                   -2 cloves of roasted garlic
             -1 roasted jalapeño, peeled & seeded

                           -salt to taste
