Join us for a unique dining experience with the wines

of Orin Swift, the maker of the famed Prisoner Wine

Label. Dave Phinney doesn't follow the flock. His

eccentric ideas for wine labels have captivated the

minds of anyone who drinks them. From the

mummified priest on the Palermo Red Blend to the

risqué woman holding the machete on the Petite Sirah,

Phinney truly captures the essence of his label.

Chef will make sure to enhance your journey with the

perfectly paired cuisine to complement the Orin

Swift and Veuve labels. Natalie from Orin Swift will

take you along Dave Phimney's story of becoming a

lawyer to one of the World's Best Wine Makers after

his semester spent in Florence, Italy with each

course.
