The Best For Last
For us, creating late harvest wine is a work of passion
that keeps us in the vineyard long after others have left
for the season. Leaving the clusters on the vine until
just the right moment, we harvest and bring them to
the winery at 45°F. The fermentation is slow and kept
just above freezing to capture every essence and flavor.
The result is worth every minute.
Late harvest wine is wine made from grapes left on the vine longer than usual. Late harvest
grapes are often more similar to raisins, but have been naturally dehydrated while on the vine.
