I would like to express my deepest appreciation to my tutor

Bron, who has been supportive of my idea and has been

patient throughout this project, as well as every participant of
my survey, whose response provided me with invaluable

insight into this cookbook and helped me in doing a lot of

research in aspects that I did not notice. I would also like to

extend my deepest gratitude to the course convenor Allison,

who encouraged me at the very beginning when I was

uncertain with the idea, and provided me with useful

resources that I saw as the inspiration of this cookbook. The

creation of this cookbook would not have been possible

without the influence of my dad, whose passion for cooking

inspires me to cook more and create recipes of my own.
