Task 5: Clean the Ceiling

OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)

Glass wall/ mirror Physical checking and spot cleaning of walls are done every
1. Do physical checking of glass wall/ mirror. two (2) hours.

2. Spray glass cleaner. GC of walls and baseboard is done daily from 5am- 6am.

3. Wipe dry the glass using a squeegee from top to bottom. Walls and baseboard are dry, free from dust/ stain/ smudges
and no foul odor.
4. Wipe dry the bottom part of the glass if still wet using a
clean, dry pranela cloth.

5. For spot cleaning of smudges, use a dry clean rag.

Painted wall
1. Use a rubber foam and APC in cleaning walls from top to
bottom.

2. Wipe dry using clean cloth from top to bottom.

Baseboard
1. Dust baseboard with a vacuum cleaner or dry cloth.

2. Wipe with shine up for wood.
- If tiles, use scrubbing pad and APC.
