Task 3: Clean Porte Cochere
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)
Floor tiles Daily cleaning of porte cochere is done from 6am – 7am.
1. Place “Caution Wet Floor” signage.
Signage is in proper place while cleaning.
2. Remove dirt by sweeping floor with a soft broom and dust
pan. Tiles are dry, free from dust/ dirt, no foul odor and shiny.
3. Dust with vacuum cleaner. Porte cochere is swept every two (2) hours.
4. If regular tiles, mop floor using warm water. General cleaning of porte cochere is done weekly from 6am -
- If with stubborn dirt / heavy stain, remove by 7am.

- After scrubbing, wipe with a damp wet
5. For tiles, clean with pressure washer and push brush.
6. Dry the floor by wiping with a dry clean cloth.
Asphalt/ adobe/ cement
1. Sweep the floor with a soft broom and dust pan
Use pressure washer and APC for general cleaning.
Task 4: Clean entrance glass door
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)
Glass door Physical checking of door and handle is done every two (2)
1. Do physical checking of glass door. hours.
2. Spray glass cleaner. Entrance door and handle are dry, free from dust/ stain/
smudges and no foul odor.
3. Wipe dry the glass using a squeegee from top to bottom.
4. Wipe dry the bottom part of the glass if still wet using a
clean, dry pranela cloth.
5. For spot cleaning of smudges, spray with APC and wipe
with a dry clean rag.
Wood type door/ wooden handle
1. Do physical checking of wooden door.
2. Spray shine-up in the wooden door/ handle
3. Wipe using a dry clean rag from top to bottom.
4. For spot cleaning, wipe with a dry clean rag.
