                       8.1  Note  the  request  by  the  guest  and  repeat  if
                            necessary.
                       8.2  Confirm that the request will be given:

                          “Yes  Ma’am/  Sir.  We’ll  be  sending  our  Room
                          Attendant/ Dining Attendant to assist you.”

                    9.  Receiving Requests for Maintenance:
                        6.1  Note  the  request  by  the  guest  and  repeat  if
                        necessary. Always confirm the assistance needed
                        by guest or assess the situation if it needs an urgent
                        response (e.g. no electricity in the room).

                          “May I know the concern Mr.____/Mrs___ and
                          we will relay it to our maintenance personnel”

                    10.  Inquiries
                       10.1  Always  note  the  inquiries  made  by  guests.
                            Make  sure  that  the  information  given  is
                            accurate to avoid misunderstandings.
                       10.2  If guest inquired about some information that
                            needs some time to be confirmed first:
                          “Let me verify Mrs.___/Mr.____ can I call you in
                          a couple of minutes/ 5 minutes”.

                    11.  Diverting calls
                       11.1  Press navigation key to menu

                       11.2  Select forward key

                       11.3  Press immediate forward + the local number
                            desired

                       11.4  Hang up the handset.

                    12.  Deactivating diverted calls
                       12.1  Press navigation key to menu

                       12.2  Select forward key

                       12.3  Press “Deactivate”

                       12.4  Hang up the handset

                    13.  Facsimile Machine
                       13.1  Insert  the  paper  to  be  faxed  upside  down
                            facing the machine.

                       13.2  Lift handset or press “monitor” if hands free.

                       13.3  Dial the fax number.

                       13.4  Ask for a fax tone on the other party.
