                                                                 DIRECTIONS
              INGREDIENTS



              FOR PIE CRUST :                                   1) In a medium bowl whisk flour
                                                                and salt till it's well combined.


                                                                Add cold butter and break it
              315 gm flour                                      into small pieces with a fork.


                                                                Gradually add cold water and
              1 tsp salt                                        continue to mix until the dough


                                                                starts coming together. Knead


              6 tbsp cold water                                 the dough on a clean and
                                                                floured surface and shape it into
                                                                a ball. Cover it up with a cling

                                                                2) Peel the apple and cut them

                                                                cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon

                                                                juice. Mix until it's combined
                                                                and refrigerate. Preheat the


                                                                oven to 200° C.


                                                                3) On a floured surface, cut the

                                                                dough in halves and roll them

                                                                both to 3mm thick. Put the
