           FOR TART DOUGH :                                     1) In a bowl whisk butter and


                                                                sifted powdered sugar using an

                                                                smooth. Beat an egg to the

                                                                incorporated.


           • ½ cup powdered sugar                               2) Sift in the flour and cocoa

                                                                distributed. Wrap it with a plastic

                                                                3) Preheat the oven at 190°. Roll
           • ¼ tsp salt                                         out the dough and fit into a tart


                                                                pan (DIAMETER - 23cm). Press the

                                                                dough against the bottom and

                                                                sides of the pan, cut off the excess

                                                                dough. Use a fork and prick holes

                                                                at the bottom of the crust so that
                                                                it doesn't puff up.
