      INGREDIENTS                                              DIRECTIONS





            ¾ cup lukewarm water                              1) In a large bowl combine water and

                                                              yeast and let it sit until it becomes


            35 gm active dry yeast                            foamy and fragrant. Then add the
                                                              flour, salt and 1 tbsp olive oil and mix

                                                              well until combined.
            185 gm maida

                                                              2) Transfer the dough to a floured

            1 tsp salt                                        surface and knead for 5 minutes.

                                                              Grease an 8'' pan with 1/2 tbsp olive

                                                              oil, transfer the dough to the pan
            4 tbsp olive oil
                                                              and spread till the bottom of the pan

                                                              is fully covered.
            1 tsp dried rosemary                              3) Cover the pan with a clean kitchen



                                                              towel and let it sit in a warm place
            1 tsp parsley                                     for 1.5 hours. Preheat the oven at 190°.




            10 gm Sun dried





            tomatoes (optimal)




            20 gm olives (optional)
