Throughout this assignment we have discussed how the structural layout of the

school is and the resources that are available in the school. We have discussed the
context of the school is like looking at the social norms of the school, the attitudes of

teachers towards teaching and learning. We have looked at how the school is an
ideal school and the type of ideal teacher is needed to ensure that efficient teaching

and learning can occur effectively in the school. We have discussed some of the

challenges that teachers are faced with and how an ideal teacher can be able to
handle those situations.
