This shows how an ideal teacher should be, taking out learners so that they can

learn more about intrepreneurship, in this instance learners learn more by practicing
what they are being taught in the classroom, therefore this means that this school

needs an ideal teacher that can make a content or a lesson to be live contextualise

and allow learners to explore more by practicing. The school needs a teacher that
teaches more practically and not theorically for learners to be more hands on, and

experience what they are talking about on topics such as chemistry and physical
education. The lessons should include more technology such as smartboards

interactive online games such as kahoot etc. science to be involved in their everyday

learning as the world is evolving and changing. Attention to be given to every learner
in the classroom and not to be given to specific learners, the teacher to be

implementing a pedagogy of care and know learners individually and know learners
needs. Carl Rogers’s theory says that learners learn best when they play and we can

support that through Lev Vygotsky theory of Zone of Proximal Development whereby

learners learn well on their actual zone without a guidance assistance, but having a
teacher to facilitate the lesson. An ideal teacher that is needed in this school is a
