Here in this school most teachers are using a traditional method of teaching whereby

they basically teach the old way which is chalk and talk. So in this instance most
learners are bored because there is no teacher that is innovative enough to make

the process of teaching and learning more fun. The school needs an ideal teacher

that can emancipate the process of teaching and learning by being innovative, by
innovative a teacher that will use technology to make the process of teaching and

learning more effective. The school needs an ideal teacher that is not only going to
rely on the classroom to teach, the school is a very friendly environment and

teachers can also take learners to the fields were they can learn while they touch

and feel what they are learning about, like for instance a Geography teacher can
take learners outside were they can feel and touch what they are learning about. The

ideal teacher that can practice an idea of caring whereby learner can be able to
share their problems that are barging them and that learners cannot be scared to

approach the teacher.
