Sparkling water, possibly with: lemon/lime, drop of liquid stevia, citrus essential oils, fruit/herb garnish

Herbal teas - chamomile, licorice, Stress Relief, etc
Kevita Lime Mojito or Strawberry Coconut
Rebbl or other turmeric/ginger elixirs

Routine/self-care:
Power down hour at night (shut down technology early, blue light blocking glasses, foam rolling, yoga

Evening meditation/prayer/gratitude practice
Walk/time outdoors (solo or with pets/loved ones)

Behavior:
Create new associations for fun, celebration or relaxation
Approach the source of the stress or obstacles being masked by alcohol
Find other ways to have good wholesome fun
Celebrate all the alcohol-free benefits you're noticing, especially when dealing with peer pressure
Focus only the positives, seeing it as a fun challenge or test, not trying to replace
Possibly select non-tempting social situations, or mentally prepare before social events.
Don't make a big deal out of not drinking, when with friends
Fitness releases huge amounts of stress!
