Herbal Teas - holy basil, mint, rooibos, honey lavender
               Warm Mate and cashew milk
               Teecino & warm almond milk
               Green juice
               Aerobic exercise and a glass of water
               Increase protein intake and add B-vitamins
               2 caps in am and at noon of Pure Phenylalanine
               Young Living Nitro
               Alcohol/Relaxation Substitutes
               Extra H2O - hydrate those cravings away
               Sparkling water, possibly with: lemon/lime, drop of liquid stevia, citrus essential oils, fruit/herb garnish
               Kombucha
               Yerba mate
               Warm lemon water
               Detox tea from the 14-Day Cleanse packet
               Herbal teas - chamomile, licorice, Stress Relief, etc
               Kevita Lime Mojito or Strawberry Coconut
               Rebbl or other turmeric/ginger elixirs
               Unsweetened tart cranberry or cherry juice
               Spirulina/dulse flakes, lemon & Himalayan salt in hot water
               Flavored water, HINT or other brands
               For all the above - drink from a fancy/wine glass

               Routine/self-care:
               Power down hour at night (shut down technology early, blue light blocking glasses, foam rolling, yoga
               stretches, cuddles, etc.)
               Go to bed early
               Read at night
               Evening meditation/prayer/gratitude practice
               Walk/time outdoors (solo or with pets/loved ones)
               Baths, with optional garnishes: bubbles, candles, lavender epsom salt, lavender diffuser, meditation
               music, podcasts
               Epsom salt foot soak
               Behavior:
               Create new associations for fun, celebration or relaxation
               Approach the source of the stress or obstacles being masked by alcohol
               Find other ways to have good wholesome fun
               Celebrate all the alcohol-free benefits you're noticing, especially when dealing with peer pressure
               Focus only the positives, seeing it as a fun challenge or test, not trying to replace
               Possibly select non-tempting social situations, or mentally prepare before social events.
               Don't make a big deal out of not drinking, when with friends
               Fitness releases huge amounts of stress!
