Susquehanna Trail Apartments

Location: York County, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The Susquehanna Trail Apartments
project involves the creation of 260 multifamily units along
with a 4,200 SF Community Building. The development in-
cludes 96 garden apartments across four three-story build-
ings, and 164 units in three four-story elevator-served build-
ings. Bernardon is entrusted with providing comprehensive
services encompassing architecture, interior design, land
and/or master planning, and the coordination of various en-
gineering disciplines. Envisioned as a new construction and
master planning endeavor, the project is set to commence
construction in the spring of 2024. The design concept focus-
es on the whole community arranged around a large central
green area, intended to be the heart of the neighborhood.++
