Location: Dresher, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architecture and
landscape architecture services for this mixed-used commu-
nity designed to integrate luxury living with lifestyle retail.
The community includes two buildings, East and West, using
IIIA construction, and an above grade parking garage.
The East building includes approximately 215,000 SF of re-
tail space, residential lobby, loading area, and building sup-
port spaces on the first floor. The second through fifth floors
include approximately 57 residential units per floor, for a
total of approximately 228 residential units. In addition, the
residential and retail units “wrap” a six-story above grade
parking garage, which includes approximately 513 parking
spaces.
