Paul Andrew Sgroi, AIA, LEED AP | Principal

As a Principal of Bernardon, Paul is responsible for numerous civic & cultural, industrial
and production, corporate, and higher education projects, as well as participating in the
day-to-day management of the firm. He is a passionate architect and dreamer, and is
skilled in the transformation, creation, and propagation of healthy environments for
work, learn, live, and play. He is focused on collaborating with clients and other design
professionals in the development of meaningful places that are designed in a way that
excites, engages, and creates memorable experiences. Paul possesses the ability to
understand, to synthesize, and to fabricate creative design solutions that respond to
unique characteristics of every design opportunity without prejudice to a specific design
language or predictable architectural response. Paul’s attention and focus in programming
and the design process leads to efficient design solutions that respect the client’s budget
