Design Statement: Bernardon is currently providing
architectural design services for this multifamily and
mixed-use project on the redeveloped Granite Run Mall site
and contains 30,000 SF of retail space and 229 market rate
apartment units. Building features include a courtyard with
outdoor amenities and two levels of underground parking.

With its strong and complimentary visual identity, this
project will act as a billboard to the new redeveloped property.
