Dennis Family House, Kingsley, PA –Condition Assessment of the partially
collapsed structure and design for the partial stabilization of the exterior walls.
Completion: 2013
Joseph Cooper House, Camden, NJ – Condition Assessment and an
engineering report for the study of reinterpreting the historic Joseph Cooper
House ruin into a museum and interpretive site. Completion: 2012
Roebling Gatehouse, Kinkora, NJ – Structural assessment, stabilization,
restoration, and design for new construction at the historic Roebling
Gatehouse. Once the portal between the company town of Roebling, NJ, and
the Roebling Wire Works, the building was in disrepair and identified as a toxic
superfund site. The hazardous materials abatement was part of a prototype NJ
Brownfield Development Project. The restored structure houses a Roebling
Museum. Completion: 2006
Blair County Courthouse, Hollidaysburg, PA – Structural steeple survey and Profile
